NWA Local Handyman is an owner-operated repair business based in Bentonville, run by a carpenter with fifteen years on job sites across Benton and Washington County.
The business started for a plain reason: too many homeowners in Northwest Arkansas couldn't get anyone to call them back about a $300 job. Big contractors chase remodels. We built this around the small stuff — the door that sticks, the fan that wobbles, the deck board that's one bad step away from a hospital bill.
Everything is priced flat and in writing before a tool comes out of the van. If a job turns out easier than expected, the price stays where you approved it. If it turns out harder, that's on us, not your wallet.
Every repair carries a one-year workmanship guarantee. If something we touched fails, we come back and make it right — no invoice, no argument.
